Terms for using noeTrace.

1. About these Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of noeTrace. By accessing or using the product, you agree to these Terms. If account creation becomes available, creating an account will also indicate acceptance.

noeTrace is currently a pre-launch product in Australia. Verified operator and legal contact details will be published before production account, data-storage, or payment services become available.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and are responsible for complying with laws that apply where you access or use noeTrace.

3. Nature of the service

noeTrace is a research and information-organisation product for tracking companies, structures, macro conditions, evidence, assumptions, and change over time. It may include machine-generated analysis.

noeTrace is not a broker, exchange, custodian, portfolio manager, tax adviser, legal adviser, accounting service, provider of personal financial advice, or trade execution service.

4. No personal financial advice

Content is provided for research and informational purposes. It does not take account of your complete objectives, financial situation, or needs.

Nothing in noeTrace is a direction or recommendation to buy, sell, hold, subscribe for, or enter any transaction. You remain responsible for independent assessment and may need advice from a suitably qualified and licensed professional.

5. Accounts and security

When production accounts become available, you must provide accurate details, protect your credentials, and report suspected unauthorised access through a verified contact channel. The current pre-launch frontend does not create or persist production accounts.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use noeTrace to:

• break the law, impersonate another person, or infringe third-party rights;
• attack security, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, or abuse automated access;
• scrape the service at unauthorised scale or interfere with its operation;
• reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted; or
• present research outputs in a way intended to mislead others.

7. User content

You retain ownership of research material you enter. You grant only the limited permission reasonably needed to operate the service you request. noeTrace will not use that material for advertising or sell it unless you separately and explicitly agree.

In the current V1 shell, onboarding and research text are memory-only and are not represented as permanently stored.

8. Intellectual property

The noeTrace software, branding, original interface, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party market data, publications, and source material remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms.

9. Third-party sources and services

External data, filings, news, models, and links may come from third parties. Their availability, completeness, and accuracy are not guaranteed, and separate third-party terms may apply. Inclusion does not necessarily mean endorsement.

10. Availability and changes

noeTrace may evolve, change, or be interrupted. Uninterrupted or error-free availability is not promised. Appropriate notice and updated terms will be provided before material changes to a future paid service take effect.

11. Fees, plans, and trials

Payments, checkout, automatic renewal, paid subscriptions, and trial activation are not currently available. Pricing shown describes an indicative intended plan structure and is not a purchase offer or guarantee of future pricing.

Before any purchase, the applicable currency, taxes, billing cadence, renewal, cancellation, trial, card, and refund or remedy terms will be disclosed.

12. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Disclaimers and liability

The service and its content may contain errors, omissions, delays, or interruptions. Investment markets involve risk and you may lose money. Forecasts, valuations, and scenarios are uncertain.

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. These Terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or suspended for misuse, security, or legal reasons. When production accounts exist, users will have a right to request account closure through the published process. No unbuilt self-service export or deletion capability is promised here.

15. Australian law and contact

Australian law applies where applicable. No particular state, territory, court, or venue is specified until the operator’s jurisdiction has been verified and legally reviewed.
